Welcome to our 2023 Halloween Stitch-A-Long! This 4-Part Series features a square design with a vintage border, and 4 Halloween scenes, each with spooky and cute motifs in them!

This chart uses 6 DMC colors (1 skein unless otherwise stated): 3865, 3854, 3853, 581, 648 and 310 (x4).
You may also choose to use a few (or all) of the specialty Classic Colorworks (CCT) and Weeks Dye Works (WDW) floss instead of DMC (the model is stitched using all CCT & WDW floss):
1. WDW 1091 Whitewash instead of DMC3865 (3x 5yds skeins)
2. WDW 2227 Daylily instead of DMC3854 (3x 5yds skeins)
3. WDW 2230a Persimmon instead of DMC3853 (3x 5yds skeins)
4. CCT-184 Bean Sprout instead of DMC581 (2x 5yds skeins)
5. CCT-236 Prairie Grass instead of DMC648 (1x 5yds skeins)
Note: You will need to use DMC310 (x4 skeins) even if you are using fancy floss.
Finished Pattern Specs:
Stitch Count: 169w x 169h
Design Size: 12"w x 12"h (14-count) or 10.5"w x 10.5"h (16-count)
Stitches used: Cross Stitch, Back Stitch
Fabric: Model was stitched over 2 on 28-count printed Linen in “Charcoal Dyed Effect” from FabricFlair.

Please make sure to cut your fabric at least 3" larger than the design on each side, 6" in total to each side (so for the full design, use a fabric piece that is at least 18" x 18" for 14-ct or 17" x 17" for 16-ct)
